Meet the first National Residency Teaching Artist Credential Applicant Cohort! Artists and affiliates are invited to learn about an exciting new initiative to bring national recognition to our fabulous teaching artists, who are listed below. We will share our goals, explain the benefits, provide an overview of the process, review a sample application, and gather feedback from the applicant cohort (and others) in order to revise and refine for future rounds.

Join us for an informal round table discussion on the application process and the Four Core Competencies. The top-scoring teaching artists from our pilot cohort will share their expertise on how they addressed the Four Competencies in their applications: Artistry, Planning, Instruction, and Community.
