Dalisha Shingler, Ph.D., is a Research Assistant Scientist in the Research, Evaluation, and Measurement Center at the University of South Carolina. She currently leads multiple arts education-focused evaluations in the Southeast, including the evaluations of ArtsNOW, the SC Arts Commission’s Arts Grow SC initiative, and the Community Assistance for Arts Education Project.
