Ashlee A. Lewis, Ph.D., is a Research Associate Professor in the Research, Evaluation, and Measurement Center at the University of South Carolina. She currently leads a team that conducts utilization-focused, mixed methods evaluations and research studies of education initiatives focused on the arts, teacher professional learning, and teacher retention, among others. Her work is funded by the US Department of Education, the National Institutes of Health, the South Carolina Department of Education, the South Carolina Arts Commission, and non-profits such as ArtsNOW.
