Christine Madden is an arts and education leader with more than 15 years of experience in program development, strategy, and organizational growth. Since joining the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning in 2020, she has progressed from Education Coordinator to Director of Programs and became Chief Operating Officer in 2024. As COO, she oversees programmatic and operational functions, strengthens systems, expands partnerships, and advances arts-integrated learning across Northeast Ohio. She has contributed to a 67 percent increase in earned revenue and helped cultivate a collaborative, innovative organizational culture. Christine previously held roles with Solon Center for the Arts, POM College Consulting, and 9Round Fitness, and holds degrees from Notre Dame College, Baldwin Wallace University, and Cuyahoga Community College.
