Gather in Hotel Lobby (pre-Reception)

If you want to walk or share a car service to the reception as a group, please plan meet us in the lobby beforehand. We will leave together at around 5:15pm for the 10-minute walk to Planet Word. If you wish to take a ride-share to the venue, please also meet in the lobby by 5:15 to connect with others interested in sharing.
